The Contractor agrees not to claim or affirm, or to Support any third-party assertions about the existence of an employee/employer relationship. The Contractor shall appoint the company "Professionals 10", its affiliates and subsidiaries as additional insured in any workers' compensation policy that the Contractor obtains on its own behalf and will also obtain an endorsement waiving the subrogation of workers' compensation insured in favor of the Professional Company10, its affiliates and subsidiaries. The contractor shall, in writing upon request, provide evidence of the above insurance requirements for any Workers' Compensation he or she obtains on his own behalf. Tax Obligations Subcontractors are responsible for withholding their own taxes and reporting income to the Internal Revenue Service. Some contractors submit 1099 forms to the Internal Revenue Service for income tax purposes in the United States. The subcontractor must keep track of its own labor and expenses, such as materials License rights, equipment and tools. You must keep accurate records and receipts of all expenses, because the IRS allows subcontractors to cancel many work-related expenses.
